Weatherization Partners, Ltd. (WPL) proudly announces surpassing $1 billion in lifetime sales since making the decision to solely specialize in DuPont™ Tyvek® weatherization products in 2000. This achievement underscores WPL’s commitment to providing top tier building solutions to the industry.
Founded as Frontier Wholesale in 1949, WPL evolved into a specialized distributor of DuPont™ Tyvek® weatherization products in 2000. Selling its other businesses to focus solely on DuPont™ Tyvek® in 2000 was a bold gamble, especially when total Tyvek® sales for WPL were around 2 million for the previous year. Through strategic collaboration with DuPont, a team of knowledgeable professionals, and with a lot of hard work, WPL successfully propelled the Tyvek® brand to builders across twelve states.
This June marked a historic milestone, surpassing a billion dollars in lifetime sales for DuPont™ Tyvek® weatherization products since 2000. WPL extends gratitude to its dedicated team, valued partners, and stakeholders for their contributions to this success.
